at the River Terrace House
Our One Bedroom Townhouse Suites in our River Terrace House offer a comfortable layout for small parties and small families. The first floor of these two floor suites boasts an outdoor sitting area on the building’s large shared deck. Inside on the first floor is a living/dining area with a pull-out couch, dining table, rich, dark, hardwood floors, and a flat-screen television. This area transitions into the kitchenette and full bath at the back of the suite’s first floor. The kitchenette contains a kitchen sink, two burner hotplate, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full-size refrigerator and dishes and utensils.
Upstairs on the suite’s second floor you will find a loft style bedroom with high ceilings, another flat-screen television, a private balcony, half bath, and two queen size beds in an air-conditioned bedroom. This suite is located on the same side of Shore Road as the Harbour House which houses our office, guest laundry facility, small fitness room and indoor pool. It is also on the same side of the road as our parking and outdoor pool.
